1. Apply the product to your skin (2 mg/cm2) 30 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2-3 hours depending on the duration of sun exposure. To ensure continuous sun protection, repeat the application especially after sweating, swimming in the sea or pool, and towel drying.
